Have they ever suggested that you become your own boss and manage your own time? NEVER. They hire you as long as they need you and you work for them. They can replace you with fresh blood, new employees as they wish. When you reach your retirement age, they can dispel and replace you with the new employees. By this time, you have no income and depend on your saving in employee provident fund. You have time freedom but not financial freedom.  The living cost is rising in the future while the saving is running down. How long can your saving sustain your retirement?
